secure is trading through myStreetscape®?
- myStreetscape®
incorporates a combination of Internet security, including firewalls, user
ID and password protection, and the latest version of Secure Sockets Layer.
This ensures that data is encrypted, that users are properly identified,
and that transactions are secure. Version 3.0 of the Secure Sockets Layer
protocol is a security protocol that provides communications privacy over
the Internet. The protocol allows client/server applications to communicate
in a way that is designed to prevent eavesdropping, tampering or message
forgery.

does FISN's clearing firm do for me?
- Executes, clears and settles
your securities transactions passed through by your broker.
- Prepares and sends you
periodic account statements, as well as confirmations of transactions in
your account.
- Takes custody (or safekeeping)
of funds and securities for your account in accordance with your broker's
instructions.
- Extends margin credit in
connection with buying or maintaining securities in your account (provided
you complete a margin account agreement)
- Maintains the required books
and records with respect to the functions it performs.
