any question or complaints you have about your account.

Is
my account insured or protected?
- Up to $500,000 coverage by Securities Investor
Protection Corporation (SIPC). Coverage for up to $100,000 on cash balances
is included in this $500,000 limit.
- "Securities in accounts
carried by National Financial Services LLC (NFS), are protected by the
Securities Investor Protection Corporation ("SIPC") up to $500,000
(including cash claims limited to $100,000). NFS has arranged for additional
unlimited insurance protection for cash and securities to supplement its
SPIC coverage. Neither coverage protects against a decline in the market
value of securities."
- The account is not FDIC
insured like a bank deposit account.

protects against a decline in the market value of securities.

do I get a myStreetscape®
account?
- 1) You must hold a FISN
securities account.
2) Request a sign-on user name & temporary password as either a
view only account or a full-trading for equities and mutual
funds customer.
3) Logon and enter
temporary password. Then change the password
to a personal one that only you know.
4) Read agreement and accept.
5) You are now activated.
